Join us for a special evening of music and story celebrating the 85th anniversary of music at the National Galleries of Scotland. Learn about musical empresaria, Tertia Liebenthal (1889–1970) and her musical friendships.
The event will include a performance of Benjamin Britten's last major song cycle, Who Are These Children? (1969) and will spotlight lesser-known works by Scottish composer, Isobel Dunlop (1901–1975).
With musical performance by the Bubblyjock Collective and words from biographer Amanda Mackenzie Stuart.
This concert is supported by the Royal Philharmonic Society, with a grant from the RPS Ambache Fund.
